Plan delivery and contractor handoffs

I maintained a delivery tracker covering workstreams, owners, dependencies, and acceptance checks, with outstanding decisions recorded. I also coordinated contractor handoffs.

Connect requirements, QA, and releases

I turn product decisions into developer instructions and follow them through review. For navigation changes, that meant aligning the required work with the approved design and consolidating open questions for the product owner.

When the product owner flagged repeating search results, I clarified how distinct matches and result counts should behave, set out regression checks, and followed the requirements through with the developer.

The developer reported reproducing the issue, deploying a fix, and adding the scenario to automated tests.

Turn a large guide into proposed delivery batches

I translated a founder-supplied 326-item build guide into proposed delivery batches and milestones for developer validation, making priorities and sequencing explicit before committing to the work.
